Introduction Some hard-brittle materials such as optical glass, ceramics, artificial crystal, semiconductor and single crystal silicon have excellent performances such as good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, good thermal stability, high temperature and high strength and, however, the use of these materials have high processing value-added, and request a super smooth surface with a high degree of finish.
As a result, efficient precision machining on these difficult materials has become one of today's hot topic.
Due to the difficult of hard-brittle materials processing characteristics, as well as to the improvement of the machining accuracy, The use of superfine grinding super-hard grinding wheel for the material grinding demand is increasing, such as diamond grinding wheel, CBN grinding wheel, etc. [1].The CBN wheel has developed rapidly and has opened up a new horizon to grinding, but its application is restricted by a series of factors.
