According to the milling tool rotation direction, each point of the milling helical edge has a lag angle or advanced anglerelative to the bottom surface rotation angle.
The lag angle or the advanced angle ψ is a function of the z point, the lag angle ofcan be written as follows:

Civil engineering courses.
To construct a building we have to learn lots of knowledge, such as geotechnical investigation, engineering geological mapping, soil mechanics, engineering mechanics, engineering design, building materials, construction equipment, engineering machinery, engineering economy, etl.
Therefore, to carry out Autonomous and cooperative learning mode in civil engineering courses is in line with the professional training of civil engineering.
The autonomous and cooperative learning .Some advanced competition rules of the sports team game have been quoted such as single round-robin, double round-robin and elimination, which is flexibly used in autonomous and cooperative learning in the international competition and the interaction in the classroom.

The objective of EME 2012 is to provide a forum for researchers, educators, engineers, and government officials involved in the general areas of Environmental and Materials Engineering to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of these fields.
At many universities, Environmental Engineering programs follow either the Department of Civil Engineering or The Department of Chemical Engineering at engineering faculties.
Environmental "chemical" engineers, on the other hand, focus on environmental chemistry, advanced air and water treatment technologies and separation processes.
It is also an important part of forensic engineering and failure analysis.
EME conference provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address profound issues including technical challenges, safety, social, legal, political, and economic issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of Environmental and Materials Engineering.

Introduction Environmental engineering is an emerging discipline which is the multidisciplinary combination of science and engineering.
The curriculums were adjusted to engineering mechanics, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, engineering drawings, electrical engineering, environmental engineering principles, chemical principles, environmental monitoring, environmental engineering and environmental biology.
There are some whole production engineering, mature technology and advanced equipment can not learn in textbooks, so practice bases can make up for the deficiency.
