SiC filaments, SiC clusters and Si3N4 rods are three main structures observed in such materials.
Thus the rod presents a wave-guide structure which allows emission only along the rod axis.
µ-XRF studies revealed an interaction between the metal contaminants and the SiC/Si3N4 structures.
The structure of the inclusions is complex.

In general, pozzolanic materials have high silicon oxide and aluminium oxide content with a glassy/amorphous structure for reactivity with lime or cement [12].
These are fragments of vesicular magma of low density (<1) and internal structure is constituted by cells and more or less tight pores.

Currently, wheat straw is considered a promising renewable raw material due to its abundance, biodegradability, low cost, high specific surface area, and extensive microporous structure [12].
Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) Infrared spectroscopic analysis was employed to investigate the surface chemistry of the three samples, R.W, A.W, and A.C, within the scanning range of 4000-400cm-1, as shown in Fig. 4.
The spectra exhibit numerous peaks, suggesting complex compositions and structures.

Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of Flow-Through TiO2 Nanoarray Yibing Xie* School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 211189, China ybxie@seu.edu.cn Keywords: TiO2 nanoarray; Tubular; Porous; Flow-through; Electrochemical Abstract.
The morphologies of TiO2 nanoarrays have been trimmed into tubular, porous and flow-through structure.
The crystal phase structure was conducted by X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD, D8 ADVANCE, Cu Kα radiation, 40 kV, 200 mA).
Both pore size, length and bottom structure of TiO2 nanoarrays are highly related to the charge transfer and ion diffusion.
In a certain degree, the bottom-opened nanopore or nanotube array structure contributes to improving ion diffusion.

The X-ray Diffraction result showed that CdS nanocrystals embedded in polymer matrix were in a zinc blend cubic structure.
Mo et al have also found the zinc blend cubic structure of CdS in CdS/PVA composite film [12].
The exponential increase in EL intensity versus voltage has been observed in p-n structures based on CdSe nanocrystal [31].

The diameter of the formed structures was higher and in the range of 80-100 nm.
Furthermore, ribbon like structures protruding off the nanospheres were observed.

Singapore is able to afford and try high quality products to maintain the quality of a building and structure.
The importance of applying polymer to protect, repair, coat and strengthen concrete structures in Singapore have grown in the last two decades.
The principle of FTIR is based on the vibration of structure bonds at specific characteristic frequencies.

This elimination of the intermediate small aggregates led to increase the voids content in the structure, which required more geopolymer mortar to fill up these voids [19].
However, the fixed geopolymer mortar content is insufficient to fill up all of these voids, led to produce high voids content in the resultant LWAGC structures.
Thus, during heating the LWAGCs to 800 °C, the dispersion of the water vapor form the geopolymeric concrete structure possesses high porosity content would causes less deterioration to the resultant strength compared with the low porosity structure (high density structure).

It is partly delaminated in a bubble/dome-like structure.
On the non-metallic structures again, metal spheres are found.
The non-metallic structures had a layer thickness of about 100 to 200 µm, cf.
Furthermore, it can be seen that the non-metallic structures on the surface of the interfacial layer had an open-porous structure but are also comparatively dense for the first up to 50 µm.
