Abstract.
Combined with its indoor freezing-thawing fatigue life , the concrete's service life under the actual freezing-thawing conditions can be estimated, represented by : (1) In the engineering practice, it is often artificially decided that the concrete's freeze and thaw will fail when the dynamic elastic modulus decreases by 40%(D=0.4).

Introduction
In industrial and civil buildings, especially in high-rise buildings, in order to decrease story height and increase story clear height, the openings, which are used for pipeline laying, are often set in web plate of beams.
Fig. 4 Opening location and dimension of beam models According to engineering practice, rectangular section beams, with different opening locations and dimensions, have been analyzed elastically through finite element program ANSYS6.0.
Thus they are not applied for design of engineering practice.

Abstract: To solve the early destruction problems occurred when overlaying asphalt pavement structure containing semi-rigid base on broken cement concrete pavement, finite element software is used to compare the stress characters between the repaving pavement and ordinary pavement, and analyze the repaving structures under different loads and different road transverse grade.
In recent years, there are many researches[1-4] on the technology of rubblization, which can use the strength of the old road reasonably, prevent reflective cracking and reduce engineering waste after overlaying asphalt concrete surface.
In this paper, according to the engineering problems in the application of this method, numerical analysis of various working conditions of the overlay structure stress is compared.

Abstract.
Introduction In the implementation of engineering projects, the traditional methods of project schedule management is usually built on the hypothesis that the decision-maker is completely rational or can deals with problems rationally, however, the discovery of characteristics of irrational behaviors, such as over-confident [1]and psychological anchoring [2]makes people have questioned this hypothesis.
