Temperature Control of Massive Concrete for Construction of Pier’s Base

Abstract.
According to the conditions on the construction site and other factors considered, the single pouring method is adopted for Tian super bridge pier’s base.
Project Survey The main bridge’s span of Tian super bridge is 106+200 +106m, it is a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame box girder bridge.
Tian super bridge’s bearing base is casted once, set up 5 layer 50mm cooling pipes, because the calculation parameters and boundary values of the simulation have a certain bias with the actual construction process, there is possible an error between the simulation results and actual measurements.
