Crystal structure of Hollandite oxides.
Figure 1 shows the crystal structure of a-MnO2.
Crystal structures of the oxide products were identified by power X-ray diffraction (XRD, Rigaku RINT-2000 system, Cu-Ka).
Each sample was a single phase of the hollandite-type structure.
From the SEM images, all the hollandite particles have a needle-like structure with a length of ca. 100-500 nm and a diameter of ca. 30 nm.

Methodology The thermodynamic program, HSC Chemistry [20], was used to calculate the Gibbs free energy of the proposed chemical reactions.
Assuming that the phosphate structure remains then the reaction between the phosphate, RePO4, and ABF takes place.

All the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) components of FBR are thin walled structure and require manufacture to very close tolerances under nuclear clean conditions.
The material of construction is Austenitic stainless steel 316 LN and 304 LN with controlled Chemistry and calls for additional tests and requirements as compared to ASTM standards.
Pickling and passivation, Testing with chemistry controlled demineralised water are salient steps in manufacturing.
Pickling and passivation, Testing with chemistry controlled demineralised water are salient steps in manufacturing.
Design for QA High operating temperature of the system and use of sodium as coolant due to its good heat transfer properties, stresses developed due to thermal transients are to be minimized by using thin walled structure.Sensitisation of stainless steel materials shall be kept low to avoid intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion, intergranular stress corrosion cracking, loss of ductility etc., Distortion shall be kept minimum to avoid stress concentration and to maintain dimensional stability.Minimum heat input shall be used during welding.

The structures of the obtained polymers were characterized and confirmed with 1H-NMR measurement.
The chemical structure of the imidazolium based-anion exchange membranes (FPAEO –xMIM) was shown in Fig. 1.
Chemical structure of the AEM membrane The FPAEO-xMIM membranes were prepared via amination of the FPAEO-xBrTM with N-methyl imidazole followed by ion exchange.
In all, the 1HNMR spectrum was in good agreement with its chemical Structure.

Steam and Autoclave Treatments on Structure Characteristics of Steel Slag Qinglin Zhao1,a, Jochen Stark2,b, Ernst Freyburg2,c, Mingkai Zhou1,d 1School of Materials Science and Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, 430070, China 2 F.
Together with the chemical analysis as well as XRD and DTA, effects of steam and autoclave treatments on structure characteristics of basic oxygen furnace slag (BOFS) and electric arc furnace slag (EAFS) are investigated.
As can be seen from Fig.6 - Fig.8, at the heating rate of 10 °C/min, in the heating process, the physical chemistry changing patterns of EAFS and BOFS are approximately the same.
Because of the shortage of iron and wuestite, the physical chemistry in the heating process shows variations.
DTA curves of BOFS characterize the obvious physical chemistry changing process respectively.
