The data of mechanical properties measured for SS400 steel plates at various temperature conditions were recorded and analyzed.
The observation and the data were then used to setup the stress – strain – temperature relation for formability study of SS400 steel plates.
In more advanced methods, for example in finite element or finite strip analyses, it is important to use accurate material data to obtain reliable results.
To study thoroughly the behavior of certain steel structure at elevated temperatures, one should use the material data of the steel obtained by testing.
From the Fig.6 we can see that the tensile strength reduction from room temperature to 6000C.

The relative viscosity loss was calculated as the viscosity reduction △η=η0-η divided by the initial viscosity η0 given in percent.
The reduction of the kappa number and viscosity as a function of the electrolyte in the experiment is shown in Table 2.
The data seems to suggest that delignification approaches a plateau at temperatures from 45℃ to 55℃.
Fig.6 illustrates the change in kappa number and viscosity reduction with reaction time.
The data shows that the optimum pH value of the EMD-system is 4.5.

Qualitative data analysis was conducted by comparing collected data against the approved procedures as well as maintenance manual and the result of the study revealed the occurrence of errors during inspection, cleaning/lubrication, training, troubleshooting and documentation tasks.
Two research assistants with strong background training in aircraft maintenance operations were used to collect data.
Data collection was nonintrusive, allowing maintenance personnel to focus on their work.
Data Analysis.
The collected data were analyzed using qualitative technique based on comparing the collected data against recommended practice as contained in the maintenance manual, maintenance procedure manual and approved best practices publications/documents on aviation safety.

Product data management is the practice of assimilating, processing, protecting, and storing product data.
Good data management must preserve the goodness of information and, in doing so, ensure that data is protected from unauthorised access and any loss or theft of sensitive data [9].
Data management can eliminate duplicate data, reduce search times, and simplify data storage [10].
Among the many data that are collected by companies are data related to maintenance processes.

Table 2 presented the data obtained from nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements, the BET surface areas of PS, CPS-1~3 were all extremely small, the average pore diameters and pore volumes were not detected, which meaned that there were no obvious pores on these materials.
These data suggested that the BET surface areas and pore volumes of PPS-1 to PPS-3 showed an increasing trend, while the average pore diameters of PPS-1 to PPS-3 were all close to about 10 nm, this might be because that with the increase of carboxymethyl contents of CPS-1 to CPS-3, more pores were formed after the complexation reaction of carboxymethyl with Cu2+.
Table 2: Experimental data of nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurements.
Sample Total particulate matter (TPM) (mg/cig) TPM reduction rate (%) Hydrogen cyanide (HCN) release (μg/cig) HCN reduction rate (%) HCN reduction rate per TPM*(%) Control 14.2 — 113.0 — — PS 13.1 7.7 102.5 9.3 1.7 CPS-1 13.2 7.0 102.0 9.7 2.9 CPS-2 13.2 7.0 102.1 9.6 2.8 CPS-3 13.3 6.3 101.8 9.9 3.8 PPS-1 13.5 4.9 48.5 57.1 54.9 PPS-2 13.5 4.9 39.6 65.0 63.1 PPS-3 13.6 4.2 35.5 68.6 67.2 Note: HCN reduction rate per TPM = (HCN release of control sample/TPM of control sample - HCN release of test sample/TPM of test sample)/(HCN release of control sample/TPM of control sample) As presented in Table 3, the use of PPS-1~3 could reduce the HCN realeases in cigarette mainstream smoke by 57.1%, 65.0% and 68.6%, respectively, and the TPM reductions were 4.9%, 4.9% and 4.2%, respectively, so the HCN reduction rates per TPM were 54.9%, 63.1% and 67.2%, respectively, which indicated that the addition of PPS-1~3 could significant reduce the HCN releases in cigarette mainstream smoke.

If the punch radius is ri, the reduction ratio is defined as Reduction ratio (%) = t1-t2t1x100 (1) The reduction percentage, however, does not evaluate the strain of the material, Ei, which can be expressed as the ratio of thickness variation, or Ei=t1t2 (2) In industries of canmaking, the processes usually includes drawing, redrawing, and ironing operation [1,2].
The quarter model is then devided into 11 parts for collecting data.

In addition, the uncertainties produced r data acquisition make a lot of troubles in distribution system reconfiguration.
The uncertainty factors in a power system itself contain measurement error, data corruption in transmission and imperfection of algorithm.
In this paper, agent theory is used to monitor the states of devices and other power quality, completing computational tasks among available resources, information transfer of data and decision command, and performing negotiations related to power demand and supply exchanges.
The decision system receives the new reduction consequence.
The reduction part can update self-healing control rule base.

Reduction of cost of such end mills while maintaining their key performance characteristics is an important and long-running task.
In the process of selecting the optimum conditions for cutting and tool geometry, data from papers [1-11] were used.
Results and discussion of experimental data The results obtained allowed to formulate the following conclusions: 1.
Such parameters as cost, tool life, tool wear rate or their correlation (these data are not presented in this paper because of limited volume) do not allow making an unequivocal conclusion.

Through the analysis of pressure distribution on the cavity bottom and the noise spectrum monitored at front and rear walls respectively, noise suppression effects of mesh programs relative to the clean cavity and changes in the flow field are studied, the results show that the mesh inside the cavity has a better noise reduction effect.
The work in this paper provides an effective way for cavity noise reduction.
Therefore, noise reduction measures around the cavity have launched a lot of work internationally.
Noise measurement use LMS dynamic measurement system with 8-channel data acquisition front. the frequency range of PCB130 series of acoustic sensors is 10-15KHz.
The figure shows that the inside mesh can reduce front wall noise about 5dB, the low-frequency noise reduction of back wall is more prominent, the overall noise reduction can be 2-8dB, ie, the inside mesh has noise reduction effect on both low and high frequency and such good results should be attributed to the obstruction and combing effect on back flow inside the cavity.
