This suggests that roasting changes the bean structure, making them less likely to absorb moisture during storage, which affects their hardness.
Coffee beans are hygroscopic, meaning they tend to absorb moisture from the air, which can change their structure.

In these SEMs, it was clearly observed that there were existences of porous unit in hydrogel network structure in both of these figures.
Besides that, the morphology of hydrogel were also shows the existence of porous unit in the structure that also contribute to absorbency properties.

The structures of the compounds were analyzed using high-resolution mass spectrometer, high-resolution mass spectral analysis was performed at a Q-TOF MS/MS 6540 system (Agilent Technologies, Singapore) equipped with a JetStream technology ESI ion source.
The structures of the primary compounds in the eluted components were tentatively confirmed by mass chromatogram analysis.

The anti-tumor activity of the polysaccharide is by enhancing the immunity of healthy cells, inhibiting the pathological proliferation of tumor cells, and alleviating the severe damage of healthy cells in chemotherapy, which is of great significance to the development of modern medicine. [3-5] At present, the main research of the extraction of polysaccharides from umbilicaria is the relatively simple hot water extraction method, but this method requires high temperature and the structure of polysaccharides is easily destroyed by high temperature, resulting in a low yield of polysaccharides[6].
While the Ultra-high pressure (UHP) exceeds 300 Mpa, the stone-ear polysaccharide structure is destructed by the excessive pressure, which results in the decreasing trend of the yield of polysaccharides.

The result suggests that the loading of Co onto the support can not significantly change the structure of the support.
In case of this work, the support MgAl2O4 prepared by different methods shows different structure, morphology and reducibility, which in turn affects the reactivity of CoOx/MgAl2O4 catalysts in the liquid phase oxidation of BzOH by H2O2.

For instance, the functionalization of magnetic particles with folic acid may be carried out using carbodiimide chemistry [30].
Recent papers concern the synthesis of magnetite structures by methods other than precipitation [58, 59].
Therefore, it acts perfectly as a temporary scaffold, which determines the nature of the final structure without being a part of it [71].
Therefore, X-ray diffraction is an additional technique used to establish the structure of the ultrafine particles.
The microscopic structures of these fluids change in the presence of a magnetic field, which leads to a phase transition from a liquid to a solid.
