To ensure the operational safety of unique buildings and structures, we studied the change in the structural properties of materials from unfavorable operating conditions, long-term, beyond design-basis static loads, high-intensity dynamic effects, compliance of the support contours and the possibility of local damage and from the failure of cables of the structures under study.

A porous ZnO structure with a
high surface area is desired in functional materials such as gas sensor materials, photocatalysts and
dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC).
The high energy band-gap of 3.35eV and high electronic mobility properties of ZnO have interested researchers in using porous ZnO for functional materials.

When the stress exceeds the strength of materials, the local failure
occurs.
According the geological section of the mine and corresponding geological materials, the computational model and mesh generation are shown in Fig.2 and Fig.3, respectively.
It can be observed that the stress for upper points of the carbolic schist reaches to the shear strength of materials and local failures occur at these points, as shown in Fig. 5.
With the stress releasing, transferring, readjusting and redistributing, the stress in the near points exceeds the shear strength of materials and results in failure area extending upward, as shown in Fig.6.

With further addition, the filling materials started to dominate and thus the resulting creep property started to outperform that of the base material.
Therefore, in designing of MR elastomer materials, we should study how to improve the surface property of carbonyl iron powder, so its action can overcome the one that destroys the phase separation of polyurethane.

However, graft copolymerization only occur the surface of starch granules using granular starch as the raw material, the monomer has less chance to enter the interior of the starch granule and react with starch molecular, leading to the uneven of reaction and low utilization rate of raw materials.

First natural frequency increases with speed and span length
This means that when a designer makes program for a soft web winding machine, he should not only consider the characteristics of the materials itself, but also try to reduce or eliminate the film vibration by designing the span parameter between two adjacent roller and setting the tension and speed range reasonably.
