Introduction Because FRP materials have many advantages, it becomes the main material.
But strength of the traditional non-stick pre-stressed FRP materials reinforced is not full used [1-3], so in order to make full use of FRP’s strength and improve reinforcement effect, many research institutions made a series of experimental studies on pre-stressing FRP reinforcement method [4-9].

As the constitutive equations for flow behavior of materials for a thixo-cast material are expected to be different from those of conventionally cast material of the same alloy, the necessary material data are experimentally determined from isothermal hot compression tests of the A356 thixocast alloy.
The materials constant involved in the equation are obtained through isothermal hot compression tests performed in the temperature range of 300-500℃ and strain rate in the range of 0.001-10s-1.

Introduction Adhesive joint has been increasingly used in the automotive, aircraft, ship industry and wood construction due to offering some advantages such as enabling joining two dissimilar materials, providing uniform stress distribution, saving the structure weight and increasing the fatigue performance.
Materials and Method Single lap joints were manufactured using low carbon steel substrates bonded using Araldite epoxy adhesive.
