The unique SiC properties, superior in comparison to standard semiconductors, can be utilized only when the material is of high quality.
Type of defects may be different depending on the material (mainly the crystal structure) and the epi-growth mode.
Removing of all damaged material of the substrate by deeper etching ensures good morphology of epi-layer.

The analysis firstly has focused on solving the constitutive relation of the materials and the effect of steel fiber to determine the finite element simulation.
Because the steel fiber concrete multi-ribbed composite slab system is the dual composite of materials and structure type, many factors have influence on its performance.

The binder is made from environmental friendly inorganic materials such as phosphoric acid, aluminum hydroxide, B-ion additive and Mg-ion additive.
The raw materials used in experiments were standard silicate sand (50-100mesh, round grain shape), produced in DaLin of Inner Mongolia, and binder prepared above.
The dry strength examination was performed by using a SQW-Ⅱ non-metallic materials comprehensive testing machine.

The maximum stress of the runner and the guide vane is far less than the material yield limit, so stress at steady state working conditions will not cause cracks of the structure.
At all working conditions the maximum equivalent stress of this tubular turbine is far less than the material yield limit, so it will not cause cracks.
