Yanga School of Advanced Materials Science & Engineering and Center for Nanotubes and Nanostructured Composites, Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, 440-746 Korea a Corresponding author: cwyang@skku.edu Keywords: Ni silicide, phase identification, AEM, CBED, thermal stability Abstract.
Ni silicide has been chosen as the material to use for advanced CMOS process because of its superior properties; its lower resistivity (~15μΩcm), lower thermal budget (low formation temperature, wide process window), smaller silicon consumption (as compared with both TiSi2 and CoSi2), and no line width dependence [1].

The Nano Carbide Control: Design of Super Ferrite in Steels Hung-Wei Yen1, a , Chi-Yuan Huang2, b and Jer-Ren Yang1, c 1 Dept. of Material Science and Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan 2 Steel and Aluminium Research and Development Dept., China Steel Co., Kaohsiung, Taiwan a b91507047@ntu.edu.tw, b148023@mail.csc.com.tw, cJRYang@ntu.edu.tw Keywords: Super ferrite, interphase precipitation, nanometer-sized carbide, low carbon steels.
It is clear that one of the most important factors in the development of this type of advanced HSLA steels is to obtain the optimum volume fraction of the nanometer-sized carbides by interphase precipitation before the carbide coarsening.
The features of the corresponding carbides are also examined by advanced TEM.

Moreover, the development of web-based instruction also created a good technological environment for the educational reform of public physical education theories in universities, which is now playing a crucial role for public physical education courses to propagate advanced physical fitness ideology to students, to develop and expand the splendid national sports culture, as well as to help students form the habit and concept of physical training all their lives.
Teaching Process of Web-based Basketball Instruction Information of courses Learning of courses Recourses of study Test online Selected case courses introduce Electric lesson plan Paper lesson plan teaching program Related data Teaching PPT Race video Book case Test questions Forum of study Prior to the experiment, a test was conducted in both the experimental class and the comparative class, with the purpose to investigate students’ basic physical fitness, the special physical fitness for basketball, as well as their interest in sports, so as to ensure that the two classes were of homogeneity, and to guarantee a higher reliability of this experiment.
By contrast, in web-based basketball instruction of public physical education, all students will browse with clear pertinence the standard and advanced video materials provided by teachers at the very beginning.

Introduction An area of automotive engineering that receives a large amount of attention today is how to reduce the carbon footprint of a vehicle throughout its entire lifetime.
One of the requirements for the application of the advanced FLD is that such change does not occur.
The Max Failure feature measures how close one is to the limit curve of the standard FLC and the advanced FLC.
The Max Failure value for the critical element for the standard FLC is 0.822, and for the advanced FLC it is 0.854.

Nonetheless, the existence of the Dirac point, directed to a zero bandgap semiconductor [2], limits its integration into advanced digital electronic applications.
Similar methods of side gate engineering of graphene channels for graphene field-effect devices have already been reported and studied [25, 26].
