Introduction In order to meet the strict demand to the foundation bed of high-speed railway, the materials of group A and B or the treated soil for base of foundation bed must be used based on The Design Standard for the High-speed Railway.
According to the completed survey results for the materials along Jing(Beijing)-Hu(Shanghai) high-speed railway, the materials of group A are lack and the materials of group B are also less.
The extent of using for the materials of subgrade is obviousely.
It is to say that some materials of group C and D should be treated to be used.

At present, most flexible joints are employinging elastic material or driving by fluid.
In German, Karlsruhe Computer Science Application Center developed a type of flexible joint driven by fluid which was composed by splint and gasbag [4].

The stator which is made by injection molding is coreless and slotless, double air gap exists between double rotators and single stator, the rotators are spliced by high performance permanent magnet materials and steel plate.
With the improvement of the science and technology level, the in-wheel motor technique will certainly has the broad applied prospect in the field of new energy vehicle.
