In the manufacturing industry, wire electrical discharge machining process plays a predominant role to manufacture components with intricate profiles and shapes of hard materials that are very difficult to machine by conventional machining processes.
Wire electrical discharge machining is widely used in fields like dies, punches, aerospace and automotive industries for machining all types of conductive, exotic, high strength and temperature resistive materials with better precision and accuracy.
In this thermal erosion process, there is no physical contact between wire tool and work materials; as a result, the adverse effects such as mechanical stresses, chatter, and vibration normally present in traditional machining are eliminated. [1] Fig.1.

Maas and Hoffman determined the threshold salinity of a large amount of crops through analysing a lot of test materials of others and theirs, meanwhile they drew conclusions: the crop yield decrease while the salinity increase linearly; and the crop yield reduce with some a threshold–slope[14].

Both of micro-structure surfaces and low surface energy membrane materials are important fundamental in the hydrophobic membrane fabrication [9].Polymeric material such as polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are known for low surface energy materials and widely used for hydrophobic membrane preparation.

Among the various material, electroactive polymers (EAPs) are of the promising candidate materials which have the capability to convert energy from mechanical energy to electrical energy and vice versa.
Compared to other materials, EAPs have various advantages such as flexibility, large dimensional change, easy processing, light weight, and low coast [3].
