It provides logistical unite maintenance materials procurement to decision-making, reduces costs and creates supply chain greater profits.
It offers three important advantages over other approaches: 1. the resulting behaviors do not contradict the behavioral specifications; and 2. using our fault forecast method to the measurement of fault risks: the availability of equipment and the performance of the production can be evaluated; and 3. it provides logistical unite maintenance materials procurement to decision-making, reduces costs (maintenance analysis is an important issue since the cost of maintenance in industrial facilities can go up to 15- 40% of total production costs as report by [22]), creates supply chain greater profits, and eliminates risk factors of availability.

Introduction The manufacturing of nano structures is one of the most important issues in nanotechnology with a wide range of applications to ICs, gratings, photonic and biomimetic materials, and sensors [1].
There are currently a number of lithography technologies developed for the nanostructuring of materials such as electron beam lithography, ion beam lithography, nano imprint lithography, and laser interference lithography [2].
In some applications, direct laser interference lithography can be used to get rid of the restriction for the direct modification of different materials [10,11].

Design Restriction Now designs of multi-bar Raschel lace are restricted by conditions of use and materials.
Use of metallic, glass, segment dyed yarn and other materials tend to make lace stronger color layering effects and visual beauty.
So the selection of materials must consider properties of materials fully.
Design methods need to apply rationally according to the lace design process, performance techniques, use of materials and so on.
