Abstract.
Red-emitting carbon dots (r-CDs) are among the most challenging categories of carbon-based luminescent materials to synthesize with high emission color purity, photoluminescent quantum yield, and photostability.
After cooling the cup to room temperature upon completion of the reaction, the carbon dots solution was filtered through a 0.25 μm filter to remove large nanoparticles, then washed with ethanol several times in a centrifuge at 6000 rpm for 10 minutes to dissolve and remove unreacted materials.

Moreover, the performance of piezoelectric materials themselves is greatly different, for instance, piezoelectric ceramics have shown distinct non-linear property, but piezoelectric quartz doesn’t show it distinctly.
