We used coralline HA ceramic disks (Interpore International Co., Irvine, CA, USA) in our experiments.
In this study, a small amount of BMP (1 µg rhBMP-2) combined with BMSCs in ceramics (BMSC/BMP/HA constructs) accelerated bone formation.
