It is calculated that the maximum stress for the column of the heavy planer type milling machine with 10-level cavities under the action of cutting force is 28.16 MP, far smaller than the permissible stress of 170 MP for materials.
Only for one column of the heavy planer type milling machine, 36t metal materials can be saved.

Penetration Resistance to Chloride Ions of Silica Fume Concrete Yunfeng Li1, Xiaopeng Fan1, Leiwen Gao2 and Yingtao Li1 1Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (Shandong University of Science and Technology), Qingdao 266590, China 2School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan 250100, China hhliyunfeng@126.com Keywords: Silica fume, concrete, penetration resistance, chloride ions Abstract.
Reinforcement corrosion caused by chloride ions mainly comes from the external environment, because the chloride ion content of concrete can be effectively controlled by selecting raw materials.
Experimental procedure Materials Preparation.
The cementitious material used in the study was ordinary portland cement of Dongyue brand is provided by Shanshui Cement Group Corporation Limited of Qingdao, Shandong Province.
