The analytic results indicate that the material density and the loading rate are the two major factors that influence the stress-strain relationships of the molded pulp materials.
The stress-strain curves of the two materials of different density are shown in Figure 2(a).
However, the elastic modulus and ultimate strength of the two materials are different.
