The reactor wall emissivity can be decreased by wall surface treatment or/and selecting more appropriate materials.
If the wall emissivity decreases, by selecting better materials or by surface treatment, the radiated per unit rod surface would be lower.

Research and Application in Ecological Revetment of the Mountain River Rui Liu1, a, Errui Peng2,b, Qiang Fan2,c 1Resources and Environmental Sciences, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, Yunnan, China 2Hydraulic Engineering, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, Yunnan, China a348413295@qq.com, b1750272433@qq.com, cyaorao1988@163.com Keywords: ecological revetment, chain-typed concrete, sash concrete, sustainable development Abstract: According to the characteristics of the mountain river, we explore new methods of river ecological studies in mountain revetment application.
As the existing river training measures based mainly on engineering, it makes the linear shape of the river, the rules section of the river, revetment material hardening of the river.
It has formed the ecological revetment structure type, ecological revetment materials, eco-system architecture, configuration and the interaction with water plants multiple research areas.

Introduction Low-dimensionality materials and especially the so-called one-dimensional (1D), like nanowires, have stimulated great interest due to their importance in fundamental scientific research as well as potential technological applications [1-2].
SiC NWs combine the above properties of 1D materials with that of SiC and electronic devices based on SiC nanowires are expected to present concrete advantages in terms of dissipated power, stability and high voltage operation in comparison to their Si (Ge) counterparts.
In addition, we simulated Si nanowire devices with the same geometry, and under the same bias conditions to compare the current characteristics of these two materials.
