As a result, these scaffolds could hardly make up the deficiency, such as: difficult forming and lack mechanical properties of hydrophilic natural biological materials; the poor biocompatibility of synthetic biological materials.

Introduction
Electric arc spraying is a thermal spray process, in which heating and melting occur when two oppositely charged wires, comprising the spray material, are fed together in such a manner that a controlled arc occurs at their intersection [1].
Materials and methods The FeCrAl and QAl7 aluminum bronze wires were sprayed simultaneously on low carbon steel substrate using DZ-ARC-400 high-jet high velocity arc spray systems developed by Institute of Surface Engineering and Technology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science, with compressed air of 0.6MPa as the atomizing gas.
This is due to the longer contact time of the spraying materials with air when the spraying distance is longer.
FeCrAl and QAl7 aluminum bronze, the two kinds of materials are distributed alternately and have a good combination btween each other.
