Although some achievements have been obtained at present on the research of high strength steel in construction of transmission tower, further efforts need to be made in order to acquire properties of high strength and light weight materials [1-3].
On the other hand, high strength and light weight materials are less applied in construction of transmission tower at present.
Compared with the conventional steel, high strength and light weight materials have advantages of high yield strength, high bearing capacity and light weight.

Most of the organic matters of sludge are the microbial cellular materials that are enclosed in the cell wall which is hard to degrade for its semi-rigid stucture.
Therefore, it helps the enzyme and other organic materials to release into the liquid phase to improves the condition of sludge hydrolysis reaction.
After sludge disintegration, the organic materials in liquid phase increase significantly in a short time, thus the convertion period of biomass energy is reduced and the biogas yield is raised effectively[26].
