It was showed that there was no significant difference among data measured from samples treated with stabilizer or air at pH=12 in present of stabilizer.
The data revealed that Cr(3+) content increased greatly after the reduced soil (reduction with only reductant: sodium bisulfite or sodium hypophosphite) was oxidized with air at pH=12, it agrees with others researches[10,11], in contrast, the Cr(6+) content decreased after the stabilized soil (treated with chelate reagent or chelate reagent and reductant before) was oxidized with air at pH=12.
The data illustrated that Cr(3+) content increased greatly after the reduced soil (reduction with only reductant: sodium bisulfite or sodium hypophosphite) was oxidized with air at pH=12, in contrast, the Cr(3+) content almost kept unchanged after the stabilized soil (treated with chelate reagent or chelate reagent and reductant) was oxidized with air at pH=12.
The data revealed that Cr(6+) content increased greatly after the reduced soil (reduction with only reductant: sodium bisulfite or sodium hypophosphite) was oxidized with air at pH=12.

The sub-micrometre size platinum particles via chemical reduction of hexachloroplatinic acid in aqueous solution was investigated by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction and FTIR Spectroscopy.
The most popular route to prepare Pt particles is chemical liquid phase reduction of Pt salts [8,9].
Hydrazine hydrate [10], sodium citrate [11], and ascorbic acid [12-14] are often used as reduction.
The mechanism of the protection of PVP-K30 by which was used for stabilizing the platinum particles via chemical reduction of N2H4·H2O in aqueous solution was investigated by UV-Visible Spectroscopy (TU1901) and FTIR Spectroscopy (TENSOR27).
The electron diffraction pattern of the particles indicating that they were composed of platinum metal for the peaks position were consistent with the crystal datum of the platinum phase [18] and the significant broad peaks for such large particles provided an indication that the metal particles may be assemblies of much small Pt entities.

But data are always sparse.
The one hand, the customer and commodity score data and customer is not an accurate score.
On the other hand, with the continuous growth of customers and merchandise, the cause of the extreme sparseness of the user ratings data, the results for some customers can not be recommended in order to affect the accuracy of the recommended Literature using dimension reduction techniques, the use of a single value decomposition technique to Reduction in customer referral system - the dimension of the Trade Matrix data.
The literature offered by the association of sparse data can improve the recommendation quality.

Noise Reduction.
Lagrange function is used to determine the most optimal hyper-plane as shown as in Eq.8-9, where xi is i-th training data, and yi is the output of the SVM for i-th training data. xr is all support vector of positive data and xs is all support vector of negative sample data.
The best SVM model was used to classify testing data (the non-training data).
There are 60 testing data that contain 20 data for each weld defect type.
Table 3 is the result of testing using simulation data.

Methodology and Data Fertilizer use intensity is the ratio of fertilizer input to agricultural output in the production process.
Data of agricultural output and sown area by different crops were collected from China Statistical Yearbook issued by the State Statistics Bureau.
Data of fertilizer use amount was gathered from The Compiled Materials of Costs and Profits of Agricultural Products of China issued by the National Development and Reform Commission.
To make data suitable for the complete decomposition analysis by crops, we divide the agricultural economy of China into three sectors: the grain crops sector, the economic crops sector, and the horticultural crops sector.

A new model of dislocation-strain-related Poole-Frenkel effect that accounts for the own electric field of internal charge of dislocation line is suggested and compared with the experimental data.
The theoretical calculations of PFE due to presence of 60° dislocation was found to be in a good agreement with experimental data on p-type samples [4].
The symbols correspond to the experimental data obtained from the position of ITS peaks, the lines represent the best linear fits.
The results of the calculations together with the experimental data on ER-DLTS are presented in Fig. 3b.
A good quantitative agreement between the theoretically calculated and experimental data derived from the energy-resolved DLTS measurements was established.

First of all, from the viewpoint of the information management, the object of early-warning management is about the enterprise energy saving data.
Changle Yan, Jun Ma [1] pointed out that the process completion of energy-saving emission about industrial enterprises is not smooth, one of the important reasons is lack of the powerful data monitoring [2].
We can master the data about enterprise energy saving timely and accurately though strengthening the monitoring and management of energy saving data.
Firstly, Based on the perspective of energy-saving and emission reduction mechanism, designing the early warning indexes system from the two aspects of energy-saving and emission reduction respectively.
As for regulation enterprise energy-saving data, Hong Lin [2] put forward to construct intelligent energy management system which consists of five parts: the database of energy consumption, the identification and evaluation system of energy consumption, the online query system, the management system of energy-saving supervision.

Original PTS algorithm The main idea of PTS algorithm is dividing the input data into blocks, optimizing coefficient of each block, and last combining these blocks.
The principle diagram of PTS method First, define data symbol with vector X(X1,X2,…XN-1),then divide X into non-overlapped blocks, the number of blocks is V and the length of each block is N/V.
The position don’t inherit original data is zero.
The sending data on the first antenna call PTS algorithm to obtain coefficient vector A which have the best performance of PAPR.
So we could use vector B changing the data on the second antenna directly without the process of IFFT transformation and the process of searching for the coefficient vector.

Moreover, there are some analysis and forecasting models here to aid project manager do some cost decision-makings using of data collected and processed by the WPCIMS.
Individuals comes from all participators of the project are teamed up as an information management team by the project manager to collect project cost data and to operate the WPCIMS.
The results indicate that the application performance of the WPCIMS is mainly including: 1)Processing efficiency promotion of project cost data; 2)Coordination improvement among participators; 3)Standardization and routinization of the project cost controlling workflows; 4)Dynamic and reasonable project cost decision-making; 5) Reduction of contract disputes; 6)Team knowledge increasing.
Meanwhile, data collecting and processing efficiencies has reduced by the extra organizational rampart come from the join-in of a new information managing department.

We bring together a large body of experimental data that includes the size of more than 30,000 grains obtained from 23 thin film samples of Al and Cu with thicknesses in the range of 25 to 158 nm.
A large body of experimental data is compared with the results of two dimensional simulations of grain growth with isotropic boundary energy.
Experiment and Simulation Fig. 1 – Probability densities for reduced grain area for the experimental data for Al and Cu films (filled circles), for two dimensional simulations with isotropic boundary energy (open diamonds), and two dimensional simulations with anisotropic boundary energy (open inverted triangles).
Surface Energy and Elastic Strain Energy: In thin films, driving forces other than grain boundary energy reduction can promote the growth of grains.
The raw grain area data from Frost et al.’s simulations are not available to the authors, and, as a result, it is not possible to compare their results directly with the probability densities shown in Fig. 1.
