In fact, MPCC can still be poured and constructed, and get high early strength in severe cold environments, so MPCC repair materials have been used by more and more engineers to repair airport road surfaces or concrete pavement, which can make full use of the characteristics of the MPCC, such as fast setting hardening speed, high early strength, no need for maintenance, and good adhesion with the old concrete [5-7].

Introduction In China, with the peoples life standard rise, the hot water supply of residential buildings has been necessary remand, and the energy consumption of hot water supply system usually takes 20%~25% of total energy consumption of residential buildings [1], thus the system efficiency must be fully considered, however, the developed economical level and energy saving requirement etc. in different regions and different periods are different, how to select a proper or multi-objective optimal system plan is a necessary problem to solve for the engineering designers.
In the fact, there are many kinds of hot water supply system forms, the assessment of superior or inferior of each form depends on several evaluation index factors such as system’s economy, energy saving, and environment protection etc., the influence of every index factor may be positive effect or negative effect, and the interaction between index factors also may be consistency or opposite effect, thus the problem often encountered in actual engineering is how to evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of system plans based on multi-index factor value.
