All these factors affect the process of the heat transfer which can determine the temperature distribution and the temperature transformation of the test piece, then change the organization of the material and alter the capability of the material[1].
Conclusion (1) The heat transfer of the material of W9Mo3Cr4V is nonlinear

Figure 2 Brake pedal After combination of these preliminary calculations and selected materials, the brake system is designed by PROE.
The material of the pedal was set as 7075 high strength aluminum alloy.
Combined with materials’ yield limit, the ordinary carbon steel was used whose minimum yield strength is 213Mpa.

Fracture positions were found to locate at the 3A21 base materials if conventional samples with constant width were used, so a specially designed sample with a narrow “neck” at the weld as shown in Figure 2 was utilized to ensure that all the specimens will fracure in the zone of weld, so that we can analyze the effect of welding parameters on the strength of the weld.
A method for choosing welding parameters is proposed based on the value v/w. 5 Acknowledgements This work is supported by National Science and Technology Major Project (2012ZX04008011).
