The control of concrete crack is a complicated and difficult problem for civil engineering.
Introduction The control of concrete cracking has been a complicated and difficult problem for engineering and academic circles for a long time.
To resolve this problem, civil engineer technicians and researchers in scientific research units have carried out long-term exploration in the aspects of construction technique, concrete additive, mix proportion of concrete, and the unprocessed materials of concrete, reaching great achievement and gaining invaluable experience[1].
Analysis of practical engineering Shenyang metro line 1 starts from the Zhangshi Station in the west of Shenyang economic and technology development zone, and finishes at the Liming Cultural Palace Station.

Introduction
Globalization has improved the way engineers and constructors search for new technologies related to the different types of concrete that have been in use around the world [1](GEYER & RESENDE, 2005).
The civil construction sector is also responsible for the consumptionof enormous quantities of natural resources [3](MATTOS & WAGNER, 1999).
Therefore, this study shows that the use of rock breaking residues in substitution to sand for the production of self-compacting concrete in civil construction is technically viable and may contribute to a sustainable policy.

The concept of structural health monitoring (SHM) has appealed the attentions of structural engineers.
In the civil engineering field, the concept of smart structures technology is being established during these decades.
SHM is now regarded as one of the majour reserach categories in the civil engineering field.
In this regard, the structural engineers are familiar with the drift displacements.
In this regard, many of the practicing and research engineers are quite familiar with the significance of the CPDR index and thus the proposed framework could make an “engineers-friendly” scheme.
