Probabilistic Estimation of Airtightness Performance of Concrete Vacuum Tube Structures Joonam Park1,a, Jeongmin Cho1,b, Hyung-Jun Park1,c Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Wonkwang University, Iksan, Jeonbuk 570-749, South Korea a joonam.park@gmail.com, b deathtarget@naver.com, c phj2217@naver.com Keywords: probability, vacuum tube, concrete tube, airtightness Abstract A probabilistic analysis is performed where the pressure change inside a concrete tube is probabilistically estimated considering the uncertainties inherent in the material, system discontinuity and outside pressure.
Random variables associated with the sources are then defined based on an experiment on the concrete material airtightness and engineering judgments.

Obviously, this earthquake caused serious damage to civil and military buildings in Lanzhou, and engendered large secondary disasters such as surface cracks, collapses and landslides.
In result, the disaster prevention levels of various engineering facilities are uneven, and their integrated capability is not strong.
Finally, the same significant thing is also to entirely penetrate and apply the prevention disaster priority idea to city district planning, detailed planning and the subject planning which like municipal engineering planning, traffic planning and green space system planning, and to establish the land-use optimal allocation model that corresponds to WVC sustainable development.
Among them, it has to reach 9.0 degrees for lifeline engineering facilities and significant teaching buildings, medical buildings, public buildings, production buildings.

Yunhui Yang Associate Professor of Construction Engineering Department, Kunming Metallurgy College,Kunming, 650033, China Keywords:Green building, Rating System, Development Abstract.China has the biggest building construction market in the world today and it is growing at an explosive rate.
So far, Chinese government invested heavily in the construction of the demonstration projects, as all the additional cost of green buildings is usually borne by Chinese government funding awarded to demonstration projects, such as the Office Building of Green Building Engineering Research Center of Shanghai in 2004, and Shanghai historic protection building Wenyuan Building in Tongji University in 2007.15 In 2008, the State Council put forward to organize the implementation of 30 energy-efficient green building demonstration projects.
With huge differences of climate as well as energy consumption characteristics between northern and southern China, China is divided into five main climatic zones; the division set given by the “Code for thermal design of civil buildings GB50176-93” [MOC 1993]: severe cold, cold, mild (temperate), hot summer and cold winter, and hot summer and warm winter.
China also lacks green building technology and knowhow, namely, lack of expertise of integrated sustainable building design and construction among engineers, designers and constructors.
