Ceramics materials including dielectric,
piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials are in the focus of people's research.
We noticed recently there are two characteristics existing during these researches, one is that many niobate-based materials having NbO6 octahedral structures proved to have excellent microwave dielectric properties, the other is that rare-earth cations play an important role in these novel materials.

Since more kinetic energy will be able to remove more materials, the machining depth increases.
Since more abrasive particles tend to remove more materials, the machining depth increases with an increase in abrasive flow rate.
Since the normal component of the particle kinetic energy is responsible for the materials removal in brittle materials [11], and the normal component of the particle kinetic energy increases with an increase in jet incidence angle, the machining depth also increases with an increase in jet incidence angle.

Introduction
By virtue of its close resemblance to natural bone mineral and tooth enamel, hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HA) has become a key bioceramic which has attracted significant interest in both materials research and clinical applications.
