Abstract.
On the investigation, as a result of municipal construction and river embankment engineering barrier, eco-environmental water requirement of slow-flow water body was apparently insufficient, causing river and lakes atrophy, no-flow and even drying up, which seriously affected water quality and made aquatic plants, fish, organisms, microorganisms die out, and therefore, losing self-purification ability, destroying the landscape, and further deteriorating surrounding ecological environment.
