Combined with the theory of heat transfer and related empirical formulas, the thermal boundary conditions for the cylinder inner wall and the outer wall has been determined, and the cylinder temperature field and thermal stress has been studied by using the finite element method in order to obtain the effect of different materials on the temperature, stress and deformation of the cylinder liner, therefore it provided theoretical basis for the design and inspection of cylinder liner.
