Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47) O3(PZT) thin films are considered to be the most promising materials in micro-sensors and micro-actuators when current signal and force outputs are demanded.
Then heat treatment was performed with a rapid thermal process (RTP) at 400°C for 5 min to pyrolyze the organic materials.
Combined with the micromachining processes, the PSZT thin films are shown to be good candidate materials for developing the application of micro-force sensors.
