However, several vital issues, such as the structure-properties relationship of aggregation-induced emission (AIE), still remain unclear, which impede the discovery of novel piezochromic luminescent materials with excellent properties.
Because the interaction plays a key role on luminescence properties, resulting in a little red shift because of excimer emission formation[10].
Therefore, Li et al. selected 2-(anthracen-9-yl)-4,5-diphenyl- 1H-imidazole (ADPI) as the model polymer, which showed a clearer relation of molecular packing and luminescent properties.
Many attempts were made for better understanding of their molecular stacking and luminescence properties, and people found that π-π interaction as well as hydrogen bonds are two principal factors affecting the emission wavelength; however, the deeper mechanism and physics are still need to be explored in the future as the guidance of discovering novel AIE materials.

Finishing clearance is one main parameter affecting finishing effect and efficiency of magnetic abrasive finishing.
Affecting rules of finishing clearance and filling volume are discussed by experiments, which provide basis for parameters selection and practical application of magnetic abrasive finishing.
Introduction Surface quality is an important index for evaluating part quality, and has great influence on the properties, life and reliability of part, especially on those of the part working under high speed, high temperature and high pressure.
Consequently, it has effects of surface finishing, increasing surface quality and improving the physical-mechanical properties [1-6]. 1-magnetic abrasive 2-workpiece 3- magnetic formation component Fig.1 Principle sketch of magnetic abrasive finishing for rotary outer surface In magnetic abrasive finishing, finishing clearance is one main parameter affecting finishing effect and efficiency.
This paper discusses their affecting rule by experiments, which provide basis for parameters selection and practical application of magnetic abrasive finishing.

The results showed that properties of the samples passed the requirements of the industrial standard.
In addition, the utilization of dissolving agent affects both the microstructure and the properties of the samples.

It also affects the levels of contact stress and deformation among the asperity peaks of surface when the lubricating oil film is torn, which is a crucial factor in the quality and function of the surface.
The lubricant retention property of micro WEDM surface is primarily due to the oil storage property of the crater.
That is to say, the lubricant retention property of micro WEDM surface is better than that of mechanical processing surface because the residual height after being worn is the largest which is beneficial to store lubricating oil.
The surface texture is an important factor to the work piece sealing performance.
The direction of texture can affect the flow property of lubricating oil.

Fig. 3: Plots of the mechanical properties obtained from the tensile tests. a) Elastic modulus vs temperature; b) ultimate tensile strength vs temperature; c) percent elongation vs temperature.
All these factors contribute to improve the formability of the material, making it suitable to be manufactured in high temperature bending processes.
It has been proven that the combination time-temperature involved in the draw bending process arenot enough severe to modify substantially the microstructure, so demonstrating that tube draw bending does not affect the mechanical properties of the material.

At the same time, the thermal conductivity coefficient which changed according to the temperature's changing and specific heat which are the physical properties parameter are considered.
In the course of transient heat transfer, the physical properties parameter such as temperature, the rate of heat flow, thermal boundary conditions and the thermal conductivity coefficient, convection heat transfer coefficient of the material are also varied obviously.
As polymer Materials, the latent heat on phase transition is one of the factors which can not be ignored.

Because the nonlinear mechanical properties of rubber materials, traditional experimental methods are difficult to analyze the value of contact stress and strain quantitatively.
In this paper, the U-ring rubber reciprocating seal structure of 300MN forging dies hydraulic press was taken as research object, the 3-D nonlinear contact dynamics simulation of U-ring reciprocating seal structure were realized by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software, the contact characteristics, affect factors and failure mechanism of U-ring seal under high pressure medium has been systematically studied. 1.
The size of contact force was affected by many factors such as working medium pressure, hydraulic impact, preload and horizontal force of valve stem.
The friction force affected by the positive pressure, the friction coefficient of contact surface, lubricate conditions and other factors, hereinto, In these factors, the contact pressure and lubrication conditions were constantly change.
When the valve stem being reciprocating movement, the seal character affected by the contact stress, stem velocity, medium pressure, friction coefficient, stem vibration and other factors.

The specific properties of the material and quite large dimensions of flat specimens with side necking with a low stress concentration factor had to be considered when the position of electrodes was specified.
There are other important factors affecting fatigue life of structures containing defects – possibilities to reduce their development.
In general, if the parameters of shot peening are not optimised for a specific material and for its basic structural and mechanical properties, shot peening may not be beneficial and fatigue resistance can even be deteriorated [4,5].
Due to its high mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, it has been widely used for construction of aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselages, already for many years [11].
Typical values of basic mechanical properties of this material at heat-treated conditions are: strength up to 550 MPa and yield stress up to 480 MPa.

There are many factors affecting ultrahigh-frequency group pulse electrochemical finishing, but the levels are different.
This also improved the physical and chemical properties in the machining gap such as temperature field and flow field.
(3)Physical and chemical properties in the machining gap is improved by ultrahigh-frequency group pulse This is mainly because of the pressure wave cause by the H2 generated by the pulse at the anode.
This also improved the physical and chemical properties in the machining gap such as temperature field and flow field.
