The validity of this method was validated through analyzing the tooth surface accuracy error of the model which was below 1µm between the virtual tooth surface and the theoretical tooth surface and the possible factors affected the tooth surface accuracy during manufacturing was also carried on the discussion.
Introduction With the development of modern industrial technology of gears, the high accuracy gear model becomes urgent need to study the mechanical properties of the gears.
Taking CATIA V5 as the modeling platform, using the macro function, through simulating the reality gear hobbing method, the whole gear hobbing simulation technology of involute helical gear was achieved, a model of high-precision gear was obtained, and the factors that may affect the accuracy of tooth surface during processing gear was also discussed.

PP has a semi-crystalline structure which can affect the properties such as mechanical behavior, thermal properties, and chemical resistance [3], [4].
With the high crystallinity of the sorghum fiber, the mechanical properties of the added PP are expected to enhance the mechanical properties of the PP material.

Introduction Seeker, involved in the final guidance of missile, is the key factor affecting guidance accuracy.
As one type of aviation parts, seeker’s mass should be controlled and its mechanical properties must also meet the design requirements, stiffness, strength, et al, so as to bear the complicated tough application environment conditions.
To optimize the design of the framework for an infrared seeker, the basic requirement is that mechanical properties should be guaranteed and improved without an incremental in mass or weight.

When the index of handling property was plotted to mechanical strength, at the same handling index the mechanical strength of hydrophilicity improvement after O3 treatment was higher than untreated powder [14].
Many factors govern the cell response such as composition and surface morphology [17-21].
Less water needed for handling property results in improvement of mechanical property of set AC.
This result might provide new insights into the development of a new method to acquire improvement of handling property of AC with a biocompatible method that would affect the high mechanical properties and cell behavior of the AC without sacrificing the biocompatibility of AC.

During the production of domestic automobile vent pipe, because the crystal grains of welding Joint heat-affected zone are not refined by heat treatment and become very big, forming properties of cold machining of ferrite stainless steel become bad.
At the same time, the affecting factors are considered, such as thermal radiation, phase change latent heat, thermophysical properties of materials with temperature changes and the spread of convective heat in the liquid metal in the model.
The research results has important meaning to know accurately laser welding thermal process, welding stress , distortion predictive control, the structure property analysis and the automobile exhaust pipe cold forming quality[4].

Through combination of experimental investigation with theoretical optimum design, this paper determined the crucial factors in affecting the heat transfer capacity in micro heat pipes with a trapezium-grooved wick structure are capillary limit and entrainment limit, and verified the validity of the heat transfer models thus built.
According to the physico-mechanical properties of copper pipe, multi-tooth tools and the method of high-speed spin filled with full liquid are adopted to cause the surface layer metal of copper-based pipe's inner wall to produce continuous plastic deformation, and specially shaped groove structures are thus formed, i.e., different machining parameters can be set to machine sections of different shapes and micro grooves with different tooth shapes.
The second advantage is that the mechanical and physical properties of the machined finned tube would be strengthened.
