This high energy consumption and the pollution generated during the manufacturing process have led to the search for new materials such as marble powder, which can be used as a substitute in the manufacture of concrete and mortar and thus develop good resistance.
Study Materials The characteristics of the considered medium are: G/C= 3, W/C = 0.5, rw= 103 Kg/m3, rc= 3150 Kg/m3, rG= 2400 Kg/m3, coating: d = 3 m, temperature: T =20°.

Their high corrosion resistance at high cutting speeds and high temperatures increases the interest to these materials.
Powder metallurgy technique followed by liquid phase sintering is a good way to consolidate these types of materials near to theoretical densities [1, 2].
The interest to these materials increases for their high corrosion resistance at high speeds and temperatures.

The materials were a chip type having about 4mm length and 1.5mm thickness.
These materials had a suitable friction between the material and a screw inside a cylinder and easy to melt the material.
The materials in a cylinder and a screw were changed as the tool steel taking the special heat treatment.
