Abstract: In this paper, the research start with two important parameters in the balance of factors and yield factors applied the ecological footprint model, select Beijing Fangshan, Pinggu and Yanqing as a research object, use the "Beijing Statistical Yearbook .2009" and the Beijing Municipal Land resources provided by the literature survey data to calculate the balance in Beijing's various land factor and Fangshan, Pinggu, Yanqing various types of land yield factor, and for the Beijing urbanization ecological carrying capacity guarantee.
