Burgers Viscoelastic model parameters
Burgers model can describe the creep and relaxation characteristics of viscoelastic materials, which is used to express viscoelastic constitutive model of asphalt mixtures[9-10].

In recent decades, due to its excellent properties, hybrid fiber (steel fiber and polypropylene fiber) reinforced concrete becomes one of the new concrete materials which attract much attention in civil engineering [3-5].
The materials, match ratio design, and field configuration can be referenced in literature [6].18 different groups of hybrid fiber reinforced HPC deep beams were designed with orthogonal table L18(21×37), and six factors were considered.
