Fig. 1 Location of Frank Town
April 29, 1903, a large-scale landslide disaster happened in Frank, which caused nearly 30 million cubic meters of detritus materials to fall down from the east of Turtle Montain into Crowsnest Valley.
These detritus materials formed a extremely wide particle size distribution.
In order to facilitate the calculation and discussion, the parameters of materials and sliding plane are assumed to be invariable in this paper.

Key words: watkins jujube; polysaccharide; extraction;
Abstract: The main material is watkins jujube, and the best conditions of the extract of polysaccharide is considered.
The purpose of enzymatic hydrolysis is to separate the jujube skin and jujube flesh, hydrolyzing the pectin and starching material fully.
