This is particularly critical from the engineering standpoint, because most of the products are now being used indiscriminately for local fabrication works and in the construction of buildings and bridges.
This notion of safety accentuated by the circumstances surrounding the production of the steel product is further strengthened by the fact that engineers in the wider society are now facing a broader range of steels that cannot be classified on tensile strength alone due to the fact that current engineering guidelines rely on empirical reduction factors developed over 50 years ago [3].
In general, fatigue is the main cause of failure of machine parts in service, in mechanisms and structural functioning in aeronautics, naval and the automotive industry as well as in civil engineering structures such as bridges, buildings, etc.

Introduction
It is well known that an application of the high-damping alloys (HDAs) allows reduction of noise
and vibration levels in various engineering devices [1 - 6].
This class of materials is widely used in the automotive industry, civil engineering, home appliances, washing machines etc.
As a consequence, engineers have focused on the high damping alloys, free from the above limitations.

This method continues to be used by consultant geotechnical engineers because it is required by the building codes [9].
The M-O method is attractive due to its simplicity since engineers are familiar with the Coulomb method.

Abstract: With 19 groups of data associated with inrush or bursting water from karst cavity, obtained from Yichang-Wanxian Railway Maluqing Tunnel field test, conceptual models of Karst Water Burst Flood (KWBF) was brought forward by statistical analysis and phenomenological induction.
Then the engineering was stopped to deal with water burst.
