The mechanical strength, high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability of waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt mixture and SBR modified emulsified asphalt were measured according to the “Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering (JTG E20-2011)”.
Therefore, in practical engineering applications, if used in cold regions, waterborne epoxy resin content cannot be higher than 30%.
