Keywords: Ni2SnP, intermetallics, fluidity, dross, wave solder, tin oxides.
In light of the earlier works, the role of P in the presence of Ge in the Sn-Cu-Ni system will be revisited to confirm the nature of oxidation products and provide further insights regarding the distribution of trace elements such as P in the alloy’s dross and its associated intermetallic compounds, especially, through the use of high resolution Synchrotron X-ray source and advanced microscopy techniques.
McDonald: Materials Science Forum, Vol. 857 (2016), pp 49-52

Material In this paper, we selecte SiN as the trench material because of it's tranperance, the
deposition temperature is from 150 to 250 degree; the electrless copper plating solution is from
Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology; the seed layer material is formed pure molybdenum by
sputter method.
