Recently, many researchers carried out investigation on the crack initiation and propagation in composite materials [2-3] or complex structures such as corner weld, gear root and tube plate [4-6].
The Young’s modulus of the weld material is 2.1×105MPa and the Poisson’s ratio is 0.25.

It can be concluded that, plasma can be a useful method for improving the sorption active materials properties.
In order to impart the required functional properties to the fiber or fabric, it is customary to subject the material to different types of physical and chemical treatments.
It is concluded that, by plasma treatment it is easy to improve the properties of sorption materials for using in wastewater purification.

Different materials have been studied for the manufacture of BPPs, ranging from graphite and graphite-based composites to metallic materials.
Graphite materials are used to manufacture BPP, but they shows difficulties in machining, leading to higher costs.
There are metallic materials as aluminum or stainless steel, which also presents another problems such as higher surface corrosion or membrane poisoning, so there is not a key material which is clearly the best option [6].
This equipment is employed in research activities for the development of standard and novel metallic materials.
