There were four steps to the thermal heating cycle (Fig. 2): (1) heating at 250°C for 2 hours to ensure the evaporation of remaining water; (2) heating at 500°C for 2 hours to enable thermal degradation of organic matter; (3) heating at 700°C for 2 hours to facilitate the dihydroxylation of clay minerals and the decomposition of mineral carbonates; (4) sintering at 1000°C for 2 hours to ensure the densification of the ceramic membranes through reduction of porosity and strengthening the mechanical performance of the ceramic membranes.

Similar to earlier reports [18], the systematic overestimation of tOX from the CV data may be explained by a smaller relative permittivity for thermal oxides grown on SiC compared to Si, i.e. εSiO2 ≈ 3.7 instead of εSiO2 = 3.9.
This is also apparent in our measurements where a reduction of Dit is only detected at an annealing temperature of 1050 °C.

By summarizing the material data from matrix materials, filler materials as well as information from literature, the following materials have been selected for investigation within this study: Ti + 30 vol.% B4C.
Increasing of the temperature to 1100°C and reduction of the holding time to 1 minute resulted in a similar densification.

Subsequently, a higher bias of 500 mA facilitating the simultaneous expansion and intercalation of graphite into graphene by the reduction of oxygen radicals and the sulfate ions, as in Fig. 1(B).
The data is also in reasonable agreement with the Raman spectra in Fig. 4.

China now entered the stage of heavy industrialization and heavy chemical industry period, based on the developed history data statistics, energy consumption growth in the next ten years is likely to maintain a high level of growth in China, accounting for 70% of primary energy coal demand will maintain a relatively high growth. 2000 - 2009 China's coal output and growth rates are shown in table 2-1 Table 2-1 2000 - 2009 China coal yield and growth rate Years coal output / million T growth rate /% 2000 130000 2001 138200 6.3 2002 145500 5.3 2003 172200 18.4 2004 199200 15.7 2005 219000 8.5 2006 225000 9.9 2007 251000 11.5 2008 260000 3.5 2009 310000 19 Chinese coal mining technology and technical progress Two thirds of the solid mineral using open pit mining. in the area of coal mining, the United States, Australia, 65% of coal production mining using open pit mining, while there is only 6% of Chinese.
Circular economy in coal enterprises can achieve economic development and environmental management environmental protection work of enterprises win-win, stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative; coal enterprise to develop circular economy can not only reduce the destruction of ecological environment and increase the enterprise value, but also for the enterprise workers and laid-off workers to provide new employment opportunities, a reduction of the current face enormous obtain employment pressure; on century sixty or seventy time construction of the mine, with 2 / 3 into the" old age", circular economy is undoubtedly to the mine sustainable development brought new thinking.

The peaks were indexed using the JCPDS diffraction data of Ti-xHf alloys. it can be seen that only reflections from α -phase were identified by XRD, α -phase in Ti-(10, 20, 30 and 40wt.%)Hf alloys proceed through a phase reaction leading to the formation of h.c.p phase[11].
The total corrosion characteristics was such that the ones coated with ZrN showed the most excellent corrosion characteristics and we can see that a stable and thin film gets from with the reduction of current density.

Statistical analysis The data in each group was statistically analyzed using ANOVA cost hoc test.
Aichelmann-Reidy et al reported that significant gains in attachment level, reduction in probing depth, and increase in defect bone fill were achieved using calcium sulfate as mixed with DFDBA (2004).The material used in the present study was developed for easier formability and manipulation avoiding scattering or dissolving of the material with blood or body fluid.
