encapsulation can greatly improve water resistance, but can hardly improve phosphors'
compatibility with organic materials.
Organic encapsulation of inorganic powders can not only protect inorganic powders out of eroding by outer chemicals, but also increase their compatibility with organic materials [10-12].
In the present work, methylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent (MAPS) and methylmethacrylate (MMA) were used as organic raw materials to encapsulate SrAl2O4:Eu 2+, Dy 3+ phosphors.

Introduction
Nanomaterials are composed of nanoparticles with an average particle size of 1-100nm, which is in the transition region between the cluster and the macroscopical materials [1-2].
Metal nanoparticles has broad application prospects in sintering, catalysis, sensing and ceramic toughening of magnetic materials, electronic materials, optical materials and high density material and so on [3-5].

One of the important reasons for choosing these materials is their ability to develop a naturally formed passive oxide layer, which is comprised of either amorphous or poorly crystallized non-stoichiometric TiO2 [5].

,, as the material of the principal stress; as the material of tension and compression ratio; as the shear yield limit; as the compression of material yield limit; as the tensile yield limit of materials; Ductile metal materials Generally is 0.77 ~ 1.0, brittle metal material is 0.33 ~ 0.77, geotechnical materials Generally is less than 0.5, concrete is generally 0.065 ~ 0.100. b(0 ≤ b ≤1) is reflecting intermediate principal shear stress and normal stress on the material damage on the surface of the impact of material strength parameters.
Most metal materials have obvious yield point, and the tensile strength and compressive strength are equal.
