The technology of producing recycled cermet powder included the following steps: 1) preliminary mechanical treatment for size reduction of worn inserts in a centrifugal-type pre-crusher DSL-350; 2) intermediate milling in a disintegrator DSL-115 to provide particle size less than 200 µm; 3) final milling into 1–45 μm particles in the laboratory disintegrator milling system DSL-175 in separative milling conditions. 4) Sieving the obtained powder to the required particles size.
Table 1 provides the data for the separation of powders after 3D printing.

Photogenerated electrons are rapidly transported to the Gr surface and play a significant role in the reduction.
According to the data above, a significant improvement of electrochemical performance was observed for Gr-ZnO nanocomposite compared with pure ZnO; the addition of Gr can provide a fast redox reaction and form the open structure allowing rapid and effective ion charge transfer and electron transport.

Each data point represents the average value of six measurements.
Because the reduction of the tensile strength due to calcium-chloride is caused only by 1.7 % w/w, whereas the degradation due to H2O is effected by 6 % w/w change in mass.

It has been demonstrated in the scholarly research [5] that there are declines in compressive strength associated with a reduction in FC density.
Using a heat map, the data used to discover which input characteristics have the most impact on compressive strength.

Results and discussion
Analysis of weld simulation data showed that using low carbon steel inserts 20 mm in size caused the formation of a low-carbon layer (Fig. 3a).
Reducing the width of the weld transition zone and decreasing the volume fraction of brittle components cause a significant reduction in the tensile and comprehensive stresses which are 49 MPa and 79 MPa, respectively.

Results of tensile tests provide information about ultimate tensile strength, yield stress, elongation, elastic limit, reduction in area, Young’s modulus, Poisson’s ratio, etc. [1].
However, available data in the literature mostly involve research reinforced polymer composites, e.g. [10, 12].

The reduction of the impurities form the coating and crucible might also be necessary, but this increases the cost of consumables.

Moreover, XPS data were collected on bone tissues grown on silicon nitride
surfaces in order to study the incorporation of silicon into the crystallographic structure of hydroxyapatite.
This assay employed a specific marker (WST-8), which produced a water-soluble formazan dye upon reduction.

With low cutting speed, the cutting wedge tends to plow on the work surface, resulting in higher order cutting force, but as the cutting speed increases, the cutting becomes more or less steadier, with a consequent reduction in cutting force component.
