Sydiopolystyrene

Results and discussion Property of coordinated catalysts for olefin polymerization have great relation with their structure[1,2,3], in addition to syntheses of new catalysts with a design of new ligands, the immobilization, which immobilize a catalyst on a support, is an important method both in theoretical study and industrial applications.
Sch. 1 Polymer catalyst structure Fig. 1 IR spectra of Polymer catalysts IR spectra of Polymer catalysts I(PAN/TiCl4=1:2) and II(PAN/TiCl4=1:1) show that when the ratio of PAN/TiCl4 is 1/1(mol./ mol.), the IR spectrum shows two peaks, 2233cm-1 and 2277cm-1, this means that, there is some free acronitrile group left which shows a CºN stretching at 2233cm-1.The polymerisation result shows that the polymer catalyst have a much higher catalytic activity than that of TiCl4 in the preparation of sydiopolystyrene(Tab. 1), especially, it can be used to prepare a styrene rich poly(styrene-co-ethylene), the resulted poly(styrene-co-ethylene) is a crystalline polymer show a Tm (248℃) which is much lower than that of a homo syndiopolystyrene.

But in spite of a qualitative estimates of the calculated electronic structure, we can infer that the structures associated with clusters GBSi69O3Cn and GBSi69O4Cn can be used as model structures to study the processes for compensation of oxygen-containing defects by carbon atoms at the GBs in poly-Si and thermal donors in silicon.
Conclusion A study of the atomic configurations and electronic structure of the "core" of Σ5 θ = 37° [001]/(130) tilt grain boundary in poly-Si, contaminated by oxygen in the form of SiO3 or SiO4 complexes with different numbers of the incorporated carbon atoms was performed by a quantum chemistry method in the cluster approximation.

The surface structure, roughness and the chemical
composition of elements, were analyzed by x-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy (AFM)
and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).

All of these achievements inspire us to synthesis nanoflakes structure of MoO3 to apply for gas sensor application.
At no annealed, an amorphous structure material was obtained.
Upon annealing at 500°C, XRD diffraction pattern showed orthorhombic phase structure of MoO3 (space group Pbnm; lattice constants a= 0.3962 nm, b= l.3858 nm, c = 0.3697 nm) that is matched well with the JCPDS file no. 05-0508.

The presence of additional elements in the Al-Si alloy system allows many complex
intermetallic phases to form, which make characterisation non-trivial due to the fact that some of the
phases have either similar crystal structures or only subtle changes in their chemistries.
Aluminium has a face-centered cubic structure and silicon has a diamond cubic structure [5], which results in an ambiguous phase mapping when using crystallographic information alone, as shown in Figure 1c.
The revised phase mapping, using both chemistry and crystallography is shown in Figure 1d.
The crystal structure of Al3Ni is orthorhombic, which is more difficult to analyse.

The process chemistry is based on CF4, which was found to be the easiest starting point in the development [4, 5], with respect to available literature and safety concerns with alternative fluor containing compounds and the overall main reaction is shown in Eq. 1 and 2.
Key parameters such as temperature, gas flow, pressure, time and chemistries, preconditioning chemistries, chuck and source temperatures, and mounting principles are under study and will be discussed elsewhere.
Summary It was shown that a remote RF-based plasma tool, using fluorine-based chemistry, has the potential for cleaning dies to improving die performance.
