In conventional RTP, ramp rate reduction has also been evaluated as a means for limiting pattern effects [6].
Presumably the reduction in ramp rate allows the use of a lower lamp heating power.
The data are from linear scans of the sheet resistance for three wafers implanted with 10 15 As/cm2 at 1 keV that were subjected to spike anneals at ~1100 °C.
The data in Fig. 11 show that the approach can practically eliminate the pattern effect, even for patterns that would normally produce very severe non-uniformity.

Wearable relational products can make it possible to orient and modulate relationships but also to map them by acquiring physiological and biometric data connected with emotions and perceptions in order to obtain relational and emotional maps.
These data can be acquired and decoded with the expressive languages and tools of design, such as storytelling, in order to increase the interpersonal awareness of users.
According to Istat data, long-distance relationships are a phenomenon that involves about 8 percent of Italians, or nearly 4 million people.
According to ISTAT data, one of the largest communities in Naples is the Moroccan community, which accounts for more than 10 percent of the foreign population.
Such awareness is the terrain of psychotherapy and sociology, but Design can also intervene through the ability to visually or with other kinds of sensory stimuli emphasize information and data that testify to events and relational states.

In the early 1980s the Rietveld method was developed to analyze time-of-flight neutron data and synchrotron data, which allowed scientists to refine structures more precisely and accurately from powder data.
In the 1970s the method was extended towards lab X-ray data [145].
Subsequently, the Rietveld method was successfully applied to synchrotron X-ray data.
Having synchrotron X-ray data instead of lab X-ray data enhances the quality of refinements drastically due to the high resolution of the synchrotron data [146].
Such data are in agreement with those obtained by the computation of the Scherrer formula and Rietveld method applied to XRD data within the experimental error range.

Standard deviation was used to determine the data variation level per parameter.
The obtained data were statistically analyzed by using the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
In addition, this improvement can be explained by the reduction of void spaces between fibers due mainly to the increased pressing pressure and the homogenous distribution of the fibers [41,42].
Consequently, the application of these materials in automotive structural applications results in a decrease in weight without compromising structural safety, an increase in fuel efficiency, and a reduction in CO2 emissions.

Here, controlled behavior implies imposing the desired sequences and modes of behavior, the corresponding drift ratios and improving the PERR operations through Global stiffness reduction (GSR) and Restoring force adjustments (RFA).
Although the use of pushover curve has served engineers well in the past, its range of applications is confined by the ambiguous end point b of Fig.4 (a), beyond which nothing of importance seems to matter, and as such provide no data on collapse prevention nor deformations at incipient collapse.
The proposed formulations are demonstrated by application to the example archetype of Fig. 6(b). 3.3 Diagrammatic interpretations While numerical expressions result in accurate design data, diagrammatic presentations provide valuable insight into the global as well as elemental behavior of the combined structure.
This can in turn result in more reliable results and considerable reduction in monitoring equipment and related studies

This is because tellurium anions susceptibility to aerial oxidation, and that it also requires higher temperature for the reduction of elemental tellurium during the synthesis of organotelluride ligands [251, 252].
Many reports present data in which the lengths of CdSe nanorods are controlled [137, 128, 261-263].
It was generated by reduction of elemental tellurium with alk.NaBH4 under argon atmosphere followed by formation of di-sodium di-telluride and in situ addition of isopropyl bromide.
The average size of the crystallite is calculated from line width data of the XRD peaks using Debye Scherer equation.

The techniques, such as those based on computational dose modeling, need tested algorithms, a large data base and the experimental validation.
The extension of the above study to chip modules of ID cards by Mathur et al. in 2007 [11], demonstrated the reduction in the minimum detectable dose limit down to 20 mGy and the increase in the linear dose range of the response up to 10 Gy by opting optically (blue LED, 470 nm) stimulated luminescence instead of IRSL.
The reduction was more pronounced for the 170 °C glow peak.
The study of fading and dose recovery in resistors, capacitors and antenna switches of a variety of mobile phones (7 types of Nokia, 2 types of Sony, 2 types of Samsung and 1 type of each of Siemens and Motorola) [13], demonstrated that the spread of OSL fading data between different resistors from different phones was much smaller (< 10%) than that of the other electronic components of the phones (> 70%).

In the damage tolerance (DT) domain a reduction of residual strength up to limit load (LL) is allowed, if the damage is detectable.
In order to develop an effective methodology for repair or reinforcement riveted panels, it is important to be able to accurately determine the complex stress field created by the added patches as well as, in case of crack initiation, the resulting reduction in the stress intensity factors (SIFs).
Such through cracks are monitored during their propagation along the specimen width, providing a realistic initial scenario for the DBEM model (Fig. 8) and experimental propagation data, useful for the correlation with the simulated crack path and growth rates.
