This process was studied
upon synthesis of Ti-6Al-4V composition using 60%Al-40%V MA powder.
(a) bright areas: Al 2.0%, Fe 5.5%, dark areas: Al 19.7%, Fe 0%; (b) bright areas: Al 4.0%, Fe 2.7%, dark areas: Al up to 14.3%, Fe 0%, SEM.
Taking into account the experimental results and modeling of titanium and titanium alloys synthesis, high balance of mechanical properties of CP-Ti (UTS ≥550 MPa, El. ≥25%) and widely used titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V (UTS ≥940 MPa, El. ≥10%) was reliably attained.

Abstract.
Peres et al. [15] studied numerically the convective exchanges in the same grooved gap to the stator as Bouafia et al. [14].
Bouafia et al. [16] continued their work by combining an experimental and numerical study.
Neti et al. [17] developed a numerical code based on finite differences.
Levy et al. [18] compared these numerical results with experimental results.

Theoretical Part As raw materials for the conduct of TM, steel samples containing, %: 0.1 C; 0.2 Si; 0.005, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1 Al; Fe-the rest were used.
The chemical composition of synthetic slag is, %: 52.2 CaO; 12.9 SiO2; 15.4 Al2O3; 8.1 MgO; 4.3 B2O3 and for metal, %: 0.082 C; 0.4 Si; 0.005 Al; 0.44 Mn; Fe – the rest.

In the calculation model, the travelling velocity is 250m/s, the seismic wave is El. centro wave, compare the different results of using the two methods by studying the point A’s displacement time history curve.
