Introduction
In previous work, the authors, proposed a methodology to find the fatigue limit of the materials by means of a thermo-analysis of the specimen surface during a classic mono-axial traction test.
With the possibility to read the surface temperature of specimen during tests by infrared image processing, many authors worked to use the thermoplastic effect to define mechanical characteristics of materials.

The materials show many interesting characteristics, i.e., very large
surface area to volume ratio, flexibility, and superior mechanical performance (e.g. stiffness and
tensile strength), compared to traditional materials.
This also leads to differences in mechanical properties of the materials.
Experimental Materials All copolymers samples were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of lactide using stannous(II) octoate as catalyst [3].

Abstract.
As for general steel shaft currently used for various rotating bodies, the amplitude permeability according on the process of manufacture of axial material and to torque for a composition of a magnetic domain and remaining stress reason has much variation, what the problem which hysteresis produces also has and is put in practical use by the magnetostriction formula, The torque converter which asks for torque from amplitude permeability change of axial magnetostriction material with the axis into which it processed embedding centering on high permeability magnetostriction material with little hysteresis etc., the coil set to non-contact on the outside, etc. is only put in practical use.
Sensitivity adjustment of a torque sensor output etc. which attached with the sensor head mechanism united with the diameter of a shaft of test equipment as shown in Fig. 5, designed and manufactured the jig, and were united with an axial material are performed.
