Similar results were also found when WEDM is performed on other materials [2].
After cutting all the slots accordingly to the machining parameters (Table 2), the sample was cleaned and then coated with conductive materials for inspection using scanning electron microscope (SEM).

The soil in this research were modeled as elasto-plastic materials following a Mohr-Coulomb criterion.
The piles, cushion and platform were assumed to be linearly elastic material.
The material properties of the various components are shown in Table 1.

Introduction Nowadays, researching high conversion efficiency thermoelectric materials is a major area in applied physics and materials science [1].
The performance of thermoelectric materials is determined by the dimensionless figure of merit (ZT), which is defined as S2 Tσκ-1, where S is the Seebeck coefficient, T is the absolute temperature, σ is the electrical conductivity and κ is the thermal conductivity.
Thin film technique is one of method to improve the thermoelectric properties of thermoelectric materials due to their stronger quantum confinement effect [2-3].

For the growth of 3C-SiC, the thermal and lattice mismatch using silicon substrates result in stressed material which degrades the material properties [2].
The material quality was characterized using crossed-polarizer and optical microscopy, HR-XRD, and μPCD measurements.

Introduction In the recent years, epoxidized vegetable oils (EVO) are considered new resource materials, more environmental friendly than other materials such as fossil-fuel and low cost material.
Thus, researches for alternative starting materials or blending components that will contribute to reduce the cost of thermoset resin are attracting an interest among researchers recently [1].
