The signal after the conversion of A/D chip and which is in the forms of 12 digital signal and output to the data read and write unit of DSP data analysis chip, CH376 chip and human-computer interaction CPLD module, and respectively, achieve data processing analysis, data read and write, and data display.
The operation data of motor is derived from the database to the table, among them, the stator and rotor resistance, active power loss, and efficiency are both derived by back calculation; then, the resulting data is generated into corresponding voltage trend chart, loss trend chart, and efficiency trend chart.
The replacement of high efficiency energy-saving motor is in order to achieve energy-saving and reduction of loss.

Such data could be mapped by the a smooth embedding mapping into the observation space and could be set as .
Simply put, when a global projection matrix A is established as well as the mapping relationship between high-dimensional data and the low -dimensional data, the process can then be as simple as a traditional dimensionality reduction method.

In surface shape measurement the phase data are needed and then reliability of the data increases if authentic phase data are chosen.
To determine a pixel value, the surrounding data are also collected and all nine data are sorted by intensity.
A given number of the higher data are chosen and averaged to take the value (Fig. 2).
The number of chosen data is experimentally determined which has caused good result.

Sufficient number of experiments was conducted based on the small central composite design (CCD) concept of RSM to generate tool life data for the selected machining variables.
Meanwhile, a time trend was observed in residual values between model predictions and experimental data, reflecting little deviations in tool life prediction.
A very good performance of the RSM model, in terms of agreement with experimental data, was achieved.

The fixed interface mode synthesis dimension reduction method was adopted to to save the computing time. The Newmark-β method was employed to solve the reduced model numerically.
Literature [1,2] has studied the dimension reduction method of the multi-degree of freedom local nonlinear rotor-bearing system and also illustrated its feasibility.
This paper will make the dimension reduction analysis on the existing experiment model to verify the effectiveness of the dimension reduction process.

The aim of this study is to acquire more quantitative data on the cold-deformed state, in order to determine the key parameters for nucleation (like orientation gradient, dislocation density, degree of fragmentation…) and to correlate these to parameters which can be predicted by a mean field deformation model.
The degree of banding seems unaffected by rolling temperature in IF material and affects one third of the grains after 65% reduction, as seen by Barnett [5].
The hot band with an average grain size of 20µm had been deformed by cold-rolling with different thickness reductions in a laboratory rolling mill.
The first stages will be studied here, corresponding to 15%, 29%, 42% and 51% in thickness reduction.

As VLF-EM data is bivariate data, in order to decompose bivariate data, bivariate EMD (BEMD) is generally applied [2].
These data are noisy and NA-MEMD is applied to improve the data.
The 10% WGN of synthetic data variance and two tones complex sinusoidal data was added to the data.
It is shown that a significant reduction of low resistivity artifacts were resulted by noise-free and filtered data based on NA-MEMD (comparison between Figs. 2.
(a)) data.

A further weight reduction could be achieved by the substitution of aluminum alloys by magnesium alloys.
To combine the advantages of weight reduction by the use of magnesium alloys and tailored welded blanks (TWBs), an effective joining technique is required.
Using TWBs a strong reduction of the number of the parts can be reached by an optimized distribution of the material’s mechanical characteristics in the final stamped part together with the desired weight distribution and thus a significant reduction of the components mass can be realized.
A great potential for further weight reduction offers the substitution of steel and aluminum alloys by magnesium [1].
