High-speed high-precision CNC processing technology plays a very important position in the CNC machining industry, machine disturbance, however,an important factor affecting the machining accuracy, the ball screw feed drive as an important part of the machine directly affects the operating characteristics of the machine.Ball screw drive system,Solidworks,Ansys,Adams the establishment of machine tool,rigid-flexible couping the multibody dynamics model, the dynamic characteristic curve of the machine.Compared with the rigid body model simulation results verify the feasibility of rigid-flexible coupling modeling method, optimized to provide the basis of the structural design of the machine components.
In fact, due to their material properties, as well as the influence of the coupling mode, mechanism often have a certain flexibility which will affect the dynamic characteristics of the element, to produce the noise and vibration.

As a result, the overall properties of parts will be affected negatively.
Five main factors and four levels were selected to design the orthogonal test.
(1) The importance evaluation of each factor According to the range analysis, these five factors influence on the corrosion resistance property of heat affected zone doesn’t show obvious difference.
The influence order of the factors can also be obtained according to Fig. 2, it can be seen in Fig. 2 that the five factors influence on the corrosion resistance property of heat affected zone is more like.

Mechanical Behavior of PLA/HA Composite in Simulated Physiological Environment Siuming Wong 1, Jingshen Wu 2 and Yang Leng 3 Bioengineering Program and Department of Mechanical Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, China 1 siuming@ust.hk, 2mejswu@ust.hk, 3meleng@ust.hk Keywords: Polylactic acid; hydroxyapatite; in vitro; mechanical properties; degradation.
Effects of bio-degradation on the mechanical properties of polylactic acid (PLA)/hydroxyapatite (HA) were evaluated using a newly designed three-point bending fixture in SBF chamber.
The results would be better to reflect the properties of the material when it is imbedded in human body.
It suggests that traditional mechanical tests could overestimate the retention time of bending properties of PLA/HA composites.
The findings of the present work suggests that the body temperature and body fluid affect the results of mechanical testing significantly and the data obtained at room temperature in air could not reflect the actual mechanical strength of the biomaterial in human body condition.

By measuring the hole diameter under different conditions, the factors that affect distortion level were obtained, including hole distance and initial plate thickness.
So the range of influence factors is given widely.
Mechanical properties of copper is shown in Table 1.
Mechanical properties of commercial-purity aluminum ρ[kg/m3] E [GPa] ν σs[MPa] σb [MPa] 2700 78 0.33 90 390 The model consists of a deformable plate with a hole, a rigid punch and a polyurethane rubber.
The position of holes in plates affect the level of hole shape distortion near bending deformation area.

Physical-Chemical Properties of Molybdenum Films Prepared with Magnetron Sputtering N.A.
The causes that lower protective properties of the coating and lead to the penetration of HF solution can be divided into the following groups: 1) External factors (quality of the preparation and substrate roughness); 2) Physical and mechanical parameters of the film (especially the structure and thickness of the coating, mechanical stress).
Protective coating properties also depend on its structure.
The question of the coating thickness influence on its protective properties requires more detailed studies.
The data indicate the existence of additional factors, which lead to pinhole formation on the glass surface.

Factors that affect the coatings wear resistance consisted of friction coefficients, hardness and anti-sticking properties.
This paper aims to develop a method that optimizes the multi-objective properties of Zr-DLC coatings.
Multi Response Optimization Taguchi’s L4 orthogonal array was used to design the experiments with two factors and two levels.
Taguchi advocates use of orthogonal array designs to assign the factors chosen for the experiment.

This may affect the mechanical property, corrosion sensitivity and other service properties.
If these are not controlled, weldment may develop unweldly structural and mechanical properties that may lead to failure.
This leads to poor mechanical property in the welds [11].
All other factors being equal, as carbon content increases so does the difficulty in weldability.

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to isolate the effects of the parameters affecting the hole making in abrasive water jet.
Conventional machining of hole making in fiber-reinforced composites is difficult due to diverse fiber and matrix properties, fiber orientation, inhomogeneous nature of the material.
The major properties of the laminated GFRP material used are listed in Table I.
Two groups of the control parameters in each type of cutting process were developed in order to study the effect of more factors affecting the response variables.
This is because AWJM technology is less sensitive to material properties as it does not cause chatter, has no thermal effects, impose minimal stresses on the work piece.

So, the main objective of the study is to evaluate the properties of asphalt binders modified by CR and PPA.
A penetration grading (Pen) of 70 asphalt binder was used and the basic properties are shown in Table 1.
The orthogonal diagram of the four factors and three levels are shown in Table 2.
The relationship curves between conventional indexes and affecting factors are shown in Fig.1.
Fig.1 Relationship curves between conventional indexes and affecting factors It is observed from Fig.1 that the softening point values of composite modified asphalt binders decrease first then increase with the decrease of crumb rubber size (increasing in mesh number).

Therefore, the stress intensity factor K and J-integral were adopted to analyze fracture properties of single-edge notched three-point bending beams.
Structural properties of asphalt concrete pavement on orthotropic steel bridges are different from those of highways.
It reflects the intensity of elastic stress field around the crack tip for linear elastic material and synthesizes all factors which affect the mechanical characteristics of crack tip in term of the stress fields [2].
The findings presented here show that the epoxy asphalt concrete exhibits brittle fracture properties at the lower temperature from -15℃ to 5℃, and ductile fracture properties at the higher temperature from 5℃ to 25℃.
Conclusion In the investigate, we adopted the stress intensity factor K and the J-integral to analyze fracture properties of single-edge notched three-point bending beam of epoxy asphalt concrete.
